MY QUARANTINE WORKOUT SCHEDULE

So! Here’s a breakdown of my quarantine workout schedule. I don’t stick to this routine exactly—I sort of go off of how I feel that day. If I don’t feel like running on Monday, for example, maybe I’ll do it on Tuesday instead and make Monday a rest day. Just listen to your body!

For abs & booty workouts I like Melissa Wood Health (she has a free trail right now). Or workouts similar to hers–something that creates long, lean muscle. Like pilates and barre toning.

For yoga, I use Alo Moves.

MONDAY
morning: 30 min jog
afternoon: ab routine

TUESDAY
morning: yoga
afternoon: 1 hour walk

WEDNESDAY
morning: HIIT workout
(I love this and this one)

THURSDAY
rest

FRIDAY
morning: 30 min jog
afternoon: booty workout

SATURDAY
yoga or rest

SUNDAY
abs & booty workout

*in addition to this, I try to get in some extra movement throughout my day. If I ever have a burst of energy I will dance in my room for 20 minutes. Or go on a long walk.
