Growing up as a ballerina, staying active has always been a part of my routine. But with dance studios in the past and Equinox memberships in the present, here’s my current routine to stay fit and feeling amazing.
And yes, sometimes I workout two times a day. But if I’m ever in need of a little motivation, nothing gets me up and running faster than a bright, bold workout outfit. Head over to Farfetch to see more about what gets me (and a few other stylish chicks) inspired.
Monday: LISS Cardio
(low intensity steady state) 45 minutes on the elliptical or incline walk.
Tuesday: MISS Cardio & yoga
(medium intensity steady state) 30 mins jog or stairmaster
(I focus on abs, glutes and thighs. Stay tuned on my instastories to see more)
Thursday: HIIT Cardio
(high intensity interval training) sprint, rest, repeat. Google it and find a routine that works for you!
Friday: MISS Cardio & pilates
Saturday: Yoga or Soulcycle
