There’s nowhere like London during the holiday’s, and better yet there’s no one better to celebrate it with than Farfetch.
I hopped over the pond to spend a day in style with Farfetch and a group of bloggers from all over the globe. It was full of surprises, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Needless to say, I wasn’t disappointed.
The day started with a helicopter ride over London. I was exhausted from two sleepless nights of jetlag, but this woke me up real fast. Seeing the city like I’ve never seen it before was such an amazing experience. Definitely can check that off the bucket list now.
After our private helicopter tour, we popped into House of Lisa for some shopping. It’s a vintage boutique in Shoreditch, with pieces from designers like Comme des Garcons, Jean Paul Gaultier, Issey Miyake, etc. Aka: I was in avant-garde heaven. I walked away with this Jean Paul Gaultier blazer. Which I had to put on immediately (does anyone else do this too?) for our next destination.
Next up, high tea at The Ned London. An exclusive member’s only branch of Soho House, we sipped on Early Grey and nibbled on sweets and sandwiches. A perfect refuel for a very strenuous day of luxury.
Time to primp and pamper! We all met up at Barber and Parlour for hair, nails, cocktails, and appetizers. This space was super cool. It had a café and restaurant downstairs, with a barbershop and beauty parlor upstairs. What more do you need in one building? Can I move in?
Farfetch set up a festive family style feast. It was a beautiful meal, with beautiful décor, and beautiful people.
