The funny thing about New Yorkers, is that we never see the sites this city has to offer. Times Square? No thanks. Empire State Building? Never been. Radio City? What’s that. Statue of Liberty? Maybe when I was five.
So on an unusually sunny Saturday in fall, I decided to walk along the Brooklyn Bridge. For the first time, obviously.
And whether you’re a local or a visitor, there’s one thing everyone in NYC has in common. And that’s practical dressing. While I love my heels and platforms, they don’t cut it when it comes to crossing bridges and trekking across town. Which is why I picked up these super cute Frye boots from Zappos. They’re the perfect shoe for stomping around the city. And they don’t sacrifice on style. I also picked up this roomy tote that fits all the essentials—water bottle, phone charger, etc.
Because in this city staying comfortable is just as important as looking cool. And I get it all at Zappos.
