If there’s one beauty routine you need to be doing, it’s scrubbing. While most of us exfoliate our face, we neglect the rest of our body. Summer is in full swing, and you want to show your best skin ever—in all its glowing, hydrated glory.

I’m kind of a scrub snob. I usually make my own, but when I’m too lazy to play mixologist in the pantry, I try out other brands. And of all the ones I’ve tried—Frank Body takes the cake.

As if you needed another reason to love coffee, Frank Body’s coffee-based scrubs don’t just slaw off dead skin cells. But treat cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, eczema, and literally any other skin ailment.

I’m very careful of what I put on my skin. I breakout when the wind blows. So it’s rare for me to find a product I trust. But these Australian-made scrubs are made with such simple, quality ingredients that I actually put it on my face. And after just a few uses I saw my hyper-pigmentation (those pesky red acne marks) fading away. Phew!

My favorite one is the coconut scrub. It’s great for sensitive skin, is super hydrating, and makes your entire body smells like summer. But there’s also other options to meet whatever your needs may be.

So get in the shower and get dirty!

All ideas and thoughts are my own.

I’ve heard about Frank Body before and I really wanted to try it, however I end up sticking to home remedies when it comes to washing my face or healing my skin. This post just pushed me to order the wash for acne online. Sincerely thanks for you!

I haven’t tried this brand, but I love to exfoliate at least once a week, especially if I want to apply self tanner! I keep seeing the coffee scrubs and they look like they’re worth trying!
