If you know me, you know I’m a health nut. I make weird homemade facemasks and scrubs, I snack on goji berries and kefir, and I’ve got six yoga mats shoved into my tiny studio apartment. So when I read that there was a weight loss supplement that was not only all natural but good for you, I was intrigued.
Now, I don’t like the term “weight loss supplement.” It reminds me of those scary chemical-ridden pills that you see on TV that guarantee you’ll shed thirty pounds. I don’t want to shed thirty pounds. Heck, I don’t even want to shed five. Okay that’s a lie, maybe I want to shed five. Regardless, the goal is to look good and feel good from the inside out.
So, I tried Slim Tonic. It gives your metabolism a kick in the butt, and I felt really health and light while I was taking it. As a rule, I never put anything into my body before checking the ingredients first. And Slim Tonic passed the test. Green tea extract, Adzuki beans, grapefruit, grape seed, African Mango, and Guarana Seed. These are all healthy ingredients that are actually good for you.
The results? I didn’t shed ten pounds. Because that wasn’t my goal. I took it as an addition to my daily supplements, and I was more energized and slim as a result. But if weight loss is your goal, they provide a diet and exercise plan that can help you shed off those winter hibernation pounds.

Wow, this sounds amazing, Lily. I’m such an advocate for natural health and am totally with you on not putting unknown ingredients into my body. I may just try it out myself!

I think when I turned a certain age, let’s say. . .25 or 26, I started thinking seriously about supplements. My metabolism slowed down a little and my food babies that used to disappear the next morning started staying a little longer. My Dad went to Costco and bought me a whole bunch of vitamins and supplements and I started to become that girl who started juicing and eating oatmeal (egh). I’m definitely going to check out the supplements you linked, I’ve been looking for something more to add to my daily routine. Thanks for sharing!
