Your hands communicate so much to the people interacting with you. So it’s no secret that a good manicure will elevate your overall appearance.
Clean neutrals are chic, sophisticated, and professional. For better or for worse, I’ve even had employers in job interviews comment on my nails. For any season or scenario nude (but not naked) nails are the way to go. My favorite shades: Chanel Particuliere, Chanel Frenzy, Sally Hanson Greige, Tom Ford Toasted Sugar, and Essie Marshmallow.
Manicure Tip: When getting a manicure, or if you’re doing it at home, ask to have the tips rounded. Never square.
Nail Health Tip: My nails have not always been long and strong. I used to be an avid biter with short, weak, and brittle nails. This was until a friend recommended I try Nailtiques Formula 2. They help your nails grow, improve strength, and have a bad taste that prevents you from biting. And once you have long and strong nails not only is it harder to bite them, but you’re less inclined to do so. Now my nails are so healthy and long, people are shocked when I tell them they are real.
